Documents to be produced


The following documents, in original. hąve to be shown at the time of admission to the college and two-
attested photo copies of each has to be submitted for office record.

  • Matriculation Certificate.
  • 10+2 Examination Certificate.
  • B.A/B.Sc./B.Com(I.II.III) M.A/M.SC/M.Com/Bachelor's in Engineering/Technolgy or its Equivalent Examination certificate.
  • Character Certificate (Latest).
  • Reserved Categories Certificate if any. (Should be got issued within One Year of application form except in case of SC/ST).
  • The candidates belonging to other than'H.P. state shall also bring Bonafide/Domicile Residence Certificate of their state issued by Tehsildar/ Executive Magistrate of their area concerned.
  • 3 copies of recently taken passport size photograph.
  • 1 Copy of Adhar Card
  • Entrance score card to be downloaded from the HP University website.
  • Online counselling form.
  • Letter of allotted college.
  • Any other relevant document asked for at the time of admission.
  • Migration Certificate.
  • Affidavit as per format.

Check Your Eligibility

  • That your combination of subjects at Graduation is according to the eligibility for applying to the course.
  • The candidates with atleast 50% marks or 5.01 if CPA or Grade B if in letter grade in the Bachelor's Degree (Medical/Non Medical/Commerce/Arts) and/or in the Master's Degree in the Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanities/commerce, Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% or 5.51 if CGPA or Grade B+ in letter Grade or any other qualification equivalent thereto.
  • At least 45% or 4.51 if CGPA if in the letter grade in case of SC/ST/OBC/ Physically handicapped categories in the aforesaid Bachelor's/Master Degree and 50% marks or 5.01 if CGPA or Grade B for Bachelor's in Engineering or technology from a recognized University established by law in India are eligible for admission in the programme.

Note : No relaxation, even 0.01 percent in the above prescribed percentage of marks shall be granted under any circumstances.
